Southeastern Pipe began operation in 1995 primarily as a metal fabrication shop that specialized in the design and fabrication of pond and reservoir systems.

In 1999, they became a manufacturer of corrugated aluminum and steel pipe with the object of supplying the complete product to their customers, which include The Department of Transportation, US Forestry, Army Corps of Engineers, US Fish & Wildlife Services, local agencies as well as consumers and contractors.
